In 1998 Kathy graduated from Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire with a National Certification in Massage Therapy.

From the time of her graduation until 2002, she ran a small practice from her home. During that time she worked with chiropractors and acupuncturists to achieve an integrative approach to the client's health.

Her clients ranged in age from 4 years to well into their 80s. Kathy has treated clients with a wide range of issues including asthma, amputation, recovery from surgeries such as spinal fusions and open heart surgery, Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS), and Multiple Sclerosis.

In 2002, Kathy graduated from Vermont College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.

In 2005 Kathy began working with Laura Toth and Barb Boinest. Her practice has grown to include working with endurance athletes.

In 2009, Kathy began studying for her Master's Degree in Acupuncture at Tai Sophia Institute located in Laurel, MD. She also began a Master's Certificate in Chinese Herbalism in April 2011. In May 2011, she will be entering the clinic phase of her learning. She plans on expanding her practice to incorporate both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs upon graduation.

She will be accepting patients for Acupuncture treatments, at the Faculty Clinic affiliated with Tai Sophia, beginning in May 2011. Kathy draws from her various studies in Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Anatomy Trains when she is working with a client, thus tailoring each session to the client's particular needs.
